Returns : Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from http://www.freddyandma.com, immediately return the item to our online store or by following the Return Instructions on the packing slip. Check “Damaged/Defective” when indicating the reason for your return and provide comments if necessary. You will receive e-mail notifications when we have processed your return and issued credit.
To order a replacement item, you must place a new order. You may do this at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot automatically reorder a new item for you, so this action must be taken on your part.
