Why does it take so long to receive my bag?
Every Freddy&Ma is custom made from scratch after your order is placed.  Once we receive an order, we have to gather all of the appropriate materials to your design and cut and sew them together to make your bag.  This is a very time consuming process but it ensures you will have a unique bag that no one else will have!

Where are your bags made?
All Freddy&Ma handbags are made at our factories in New York and New Jersey.  Making bags here definitely forces us to keep our costs higher than we would like, but we feel that it is important to support our local sewing infrastructure.  It will be a sad day when you can no longer have a high quality bag made in the United States, and unless brands commit to sourcing domestically, this industry will not be able to be sustained.

What material are your printed fabrics made of?
All of our printed fabrics are either cotton twill or poly-poplin.  They both have a very nice hand, a smooth finish, deep color saturation and wear extremely well.

Do the colors on my screen look exactly like the real product?
It is impossible for us to guarantee that what you see on your screen is going to be exactly the same colors as what you see on our custom products.  Monitors all have different calibrations and things as subtle as the lighting of the room your computer is in can effect how a bag displays on your screen.  With thousands of bags sold, we have only had a few cases of people being completely surprised by the color of the bag they received.  If you have any questions about the colors on any of our prints, feel free to contact us.
