Freddy&Ma stands behind all of its merchandise with a two year warranty. We are more than happy to handle repairs (free of charge) which result from a manufacturing defect. These repairs should be directed to our customer service department.  It typically takes 4 to 6 weeks for repairs to be completed.  Like any good pair of shoes, handbags, especially fabric ones, tend to show wear over time.  This is perfectly normal, but always feel free to contact us to find out our tips for keeping them looking good as new.

For items being shipped to our repair department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by ups, usps, and other carriers. Please include a note about your claim, your return address and a check for $20.00 (payable to Freddy&Ma Limited) to cover the cost of return shipping and handling.  Bags can be sent to:
