Custom Products
Due to the unique nature of our custom products, we are unable to offer refunds on our custom products. If you receive a custom product and are unhappy with it, you are able to exchange it for a store credit. To do this, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order. You can either call us at 917.514.5155 or email us at to obtain a return authorization number. The product must be shipped back to us via an insured, trackable carrier and you will be charged a 12% service fee. Ship all returns to:

Non-Custom Products
